Anna Sergeyevna Kournikova or Anna Kournikova is Semi-retired Russian professional tennis player and model. Kournikova was born on June 7th 1981 in Moscow of Russia. Her celebrity status made her one of the famous tennis player worldwide and she is famous for Internet search engine Google. Her images are famous for fans to search and look. She is beautiful and sexy. She has both girl and men fans. Kournikova's major-league tennis career has been curtail for the past several years by serious back and spinal problems and her professional tennis player career maybe ended because of these problems.

She has at times been the world's number one-ranked player in double. With Matina Hingis as her partner, she won Grand Slam titles in Australia in 1999 and 2002. Her success in single is reaching #8 in the world in 2000. Kournikova was born in Moscow in the former Soviet Union to Alla and Sergei Kournikova.

On October 12, 2008, Anna Kournikova played one exhibition match for annual charity event, raised more than $400,000 for the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Atlanta AIDS Partnership Fund. She played doubles with Andy Roddick. She stated in Elle magazine's July 2005 issue that if she 100% fit, she would like to come back and compete again .

Kournikova started dating with pop star Enrique Iglesias in late 2001, and rumors that they had secretly married appeared in 2003 and again in 2005. Kournikova has consistently refused by herself to directly confirm or deny rumors about the status of her personal relationships. But, in May 2007, Enrique Iglesias was (mistakenly, as he would clarify later) quoted in the New York Sun that he had no intention to marry Anna and settle down because they had split up.


The singer would later deny these rumors of "divorce" or simply separation. In June 2008, Iglesias told the Daily Star that he had married Kournikova the previous year and that they are currently separated. Enrique has stated in interviews after that that it was simply a joke, and they are still very much together. They are expecting their first baby is due this summer.
