Nepal Trekking Adventure




Although Nepal is not one of the most sought after destinations when it comes to Asian Travel it has a very deverse and exciting place to visit.
Nepal is a landlocked Himalayan country in South of Asia situated between North of China and South of India. At least 9,000 years Neolithic tools indicate about Himalayan, the people have been living there and after appears that people are live in Nepal about 2,500 years ago. Nepal's history is closely related to its geographical location, separating the fertile plains of India from the desert-like plateau of Tibet. Its position between Indian and China meant the country was able at times to play the role of intermediary - a canny trader between two great powers - while at other times it faced the threat of invasion. In the Himalayan zone, the people are Mongolian of Tibetan descent. They are know as bhote in Nepali. In the east of the midlands zone, one find Kirati people known as Rai, Limbu groups. They speak Tibeto-Burman Language.






Nepal is commonly divided into three physio graphic areas: the Mountain, Hill, and Terai Regions (Low-land occupies about 17% land area of the country). They are a potpourri of ethnic groups and sub-groups who speak over 70 languages. Nepal is roughly the same size as the State of Michigan in the United States of America and boasts eight of world's 10 highest peaks, including Mount Everest - the world’s tallest peak.






Himalayan Trekking

"Abode of snow" or the Himalayan it’s extends over 2,400 kms as a vast south-facing area between the Indus and Brahmaputra rivers with Nanga Parbat and Namcha Barwa. At places, they are covered with snow and may have crevasses. Nepal is a good place for visitor to trekking with a full beauty nature, cultural, easy walking, climb of the snow peaks. First trekking in Nepal introduced by Colonel Jimmy Roberts and Sherpa Sen Tenzing on May 20, 1953. Nepalese trekking much more easier trekking in New Zealand hills with their own pack.



Trekking Means

"Trekking" the meaning, to many thing it’s depend on who uses the word. In Europe, it means hike in the mountains hut-to-hut or day hiking. In Asia, it means hiking with a day pack and use porters to carry your camping gear. In the United States, trekking has come to mean rugged walk, from day hiking to multi-day trips with an adventure travel emphasis, wildlife watching, photo excursions. Some people believe trekking in the Himalayas is a climbing trip where they have to negotiate rocky cliffs, thick jungles and uncharted routes and is more enjoyable than climbing the peaks and offers spectacular scenic beauty.
